PLANIT Australia has released version 8.2 of its Cabnetware design to manufacturing software.
According to Planit Australia, Cabnetware 8.2 was developed over 12 months of meeting with customers and industry professionals. It incorporates a number of new features.
Users can now modify edge banding on parts in CNC Centre, reference each poly groove point to any node on a part, change door and drawer front styles on a cabinet with a saved multi cross section or a saved cutlist, and undo their actions in multi cross section.
Cabnetware 8.2 also includes an overlapping cabinet selector, soffit floor plan display option with the ability to modify and add soffits.
Users of the Cabnetware design to manufacturing software can also assign drawer hardware by length to non stock drawer side boxes, add a border shape to any part, assign jpg files to textures and export room images as textures, and break wall for different heights after a wall is drawn.
Cabnetware customers with machine connections will also receive an update to NC Center 2.1, and customers with version 8.1 of the software are offered a one-day training course for $350 if they upgrade.
